Grow Your Own Potatoes is a fun, hands-on way for primary school children to see and understand how potatoes grow, where food comes from and how potatoes feature in a healthy balanced diet.
It is free to take part and you will receive a fabulous growing kit including seed potatoes and other goodies. We also provide extensive classroom resources linked to the formal curriculum and there will be competitions and regional prizes when the crops are harvested in June.
