Resources
Potatoes for Schools provides information and learning resources connected to the growing, farming, distribution, retailing and cooking of one of the UK's most important foods.
The site has been created in response to teacher enquiries and is growing to cover those areas of the curriculum of interest to the majority of UK teachers.
Potatoes are a very important part of our diet. Throughout the ages they have been a staple food and a valuable source of nutrition. They are adaptable, tasty and used in a large range of foods.
